Full registration for the conference includes access to the conference sessions over the 4 days, all tea/coffee breaks and lunches, access to social events (but not the conference dinner) and limited libations (beer, wine) at the social functions.
The conference dinner has an extra charge.
* The accompanying person rate includes lunches, morning and afternoon tea/coffee, access to the exhibitor/poster area, drinks and the reduced dinner rate ($40).
Cancellation by the delegate, including due to Covid-19 restrictions:
If you book but cannot attend the conference, you have the following options:
Nominate an alternative person to attend the meeting
Receive a full refund up to 4 weeks prior to the start of the meeting (less any fixed costs incurred by IBBS).
Cancellation by IBBS, including due to Covid-19 restrictions:
IBBS may be required to cancel/postpone the meeting. If the event is cancelled, delegates will have the following options:
Receive credit towards a future IBBS event
Receive a full refund
IBBS is not responsible for reimbursing travel or any other costs that may have been incurred.
